- 2 cup Microgreens, or other baby greens (Main)
- 1 banana
- 2 Kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks (Main)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Apple juice, or orange juice or coconut water
- 1 Avocado, flesh-only, just ripe
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds, (optional)
Whizz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses and serve immediately.
