INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup Microgreens, or other baby greens (Main)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks (Main)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 cup Apple juice, or orange juice or coconut water
  • 1 Avocado, flesh-only, just ripe
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds, (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Whizz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses and serve immediately.
